Overview:
Today, National Ramp is in search of a passionate and enthusiastic Project Manager that will bring their expertise to our team and help us grow to become the #1 Ramp Company in the World.
The Project Manager for National Ramp will oversee ramp evaluations and installations for the Commercial Access division of National Ramp. The primary function would be to schedule and ensure that installations go smoothly as per customer specifications and to be able to adapt on the fly as changes arise.
Another primary function would be coordinating and working with our installation network coast to coast to coordinate installations and oversee projects.
Some projects may require site visits to review certain specifications of the customer as well as specify what will be required to meet and exceed all codes requirements.
This team player will also manage our fleet of rental ramps. Oversee material to be cleaned and put back into inventory to be ready for the next project. All transactions will need to be recorded in our ERP system to keep “live” inventory up to date.

Location: Valley Cottage, NY (On-Site), 4 days a week
Salary: The salary range for this position, based in Valley Cottage, NY, is $130,000 to $150,000 per year. The final salary will be based on the candidate's qualifications and experience.

Your Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the installations for Commercial Access
- Do site evaluations and take accurate measurements on technical projects when needed.
- Manage a small team of installers.
- Manage rental fleet inventory.
- Communicate and schedule installation schedules with customer service and installation partners.
- Coordinate and work with customers as needed on job scheduling and updates.
- Talk with customers when required to figure out the best solution to make for a perfect install every time
- Hands on approach and jump in when needed to go the extra mile to make for a satisfied customer.
- Be an “outside-the-box” problem solver
- “Tool Savy” familiar with basic tools
- Knowledge or background in the construction industry
- Able to work under pressure and deadlines
- Ability to run multiple projects at once
- Travel is needed periodically based on company needs.
Skills and Qualifications:
- 3+ years of similar role experience in the construction industry.
- Experience with ERP system/ inventory management software
- Customer focused
- Strong Decision making and problem-solving skills
