The Senior Manager of Warehouse and Logistics is responsible for leading and optimizing warehouse operations, and shipping/logistics. This role ensures operational excellence through effective ERP utilization, and continuous improvement initiatives that drive efficiency, cost savings, and DIFOT performance.
The ideal candidate is a strategic, hands-on leader with strong ERP/AMM experience (Epicor experience a plus) and a proven ability to scale operations while maintaining high service levels and cost control.

Location: Valley Cottage, NY (On-Site), 7:30am-4:30pm
Salary: The salary range for this position, based in Valley Cottage, NY, is $150,000 -$160,000 per year, plus bonus opportunity. The final salary will be based on the candidate's qualifications and experience.

Your Key Responsibilities:
Operational Leadership
- Lead daily operations across warehouse, and logistics.
- Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with company growth objectives.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
- Establish KPIs and dashboards to monitor operational performance, including DIFOT (Delivery in Full, On Time).
- Oversee and optimize ERP/AMM systems to ensure accurate data, visibility, and process efficiency.
- Champion ERP best practices across procurement, inventory, production planning, and shipping.
- Epicor experience strongly preferred.
- Ensure accurate system integration of MRP, CRP, WMS, and inventory controls.
- Ensure inventory accuracy, cycle counts, and physical inventory compliance.
- Optimize inventory turns while maintaining service levels.
- Lead implementation and management of bin systems and WMS processes.
- Reduce excess and obsolete inventory through data-driven analysis.
- Oversee warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, and shipping.
- Optimize WMS and bin location systems for efficiency and accuracy.
- Drive shipping and logistics efficiencies, identifying freight savings opportunities.
- Improve order accuracy, throughput, and on-time delivery performance.
- Drive measurable improvements in DIFOT, inventory turns, freight costs, and operational efficiency.
- Develop cost-reduction strategies for warehouse, logistics, and internal processes.
- Manage department budgets and capital planning initiatives.
- 5-7 years of progressive operations leadership experience, manufacturing environment preferred.
- Strong ERP/AMM experience required, Epicor experience highly preferred.
- Experience implementing or optimizing WMS and bin systems.
- Deep understanding of inventory control best practices.
- Strong analytical, financial, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive accountability
